These Terms of Service apply when you use the services of OromoAI or our affiliates, including our application programming interface, software, tools, developer services, data, documentation, and websites (“Services”). The Terms include our Usage Policies, Service Credit Terms, Sharing & Publication Policy, and other documentation, guidelines, or policies we may provide in writing. 2. Ownership: You own all Input, and OromoAI assigns to you its right, title, and interest in and to Output, allowing usage for various purposes if complying with these Terms.
3. OromoAI Usage: We may use Content to provide and maintain Services, adhere to the law, and enforce policies.
4. Responsibility: You are accountable for Content, ensuring it complies with laws and these Terms.

(b) Similarity of Content:

1. Machine Learning Nature: Output may not be unique, generating similar results across users.
2. Non-Exclusive: Responses generated for other users are not considered your Content.

(c) Use of Content to Improve Services:

1. API Content: We do not use Content from the API to develop or enhance our Services.
2. Non-API Content: Content from services other than the API may be utilized to enhance our Services.

(d) Accuracy:

1. Evolving Technology: AI and machine learning are dynamic fields, and we continually enhance Services for accuracy, reliability, and safety.
2. Probabilistic Nature: Due to the nature of machine learning, some situations may result in inaccurate Output. Evaluation using human review is recommended.

(a) Use of Services:

1. Access: Users are granted a non-exclusive right to access and use the Services as per these Terms.
2. Compliance: Adherence to these Terms and applicable laws is mandatory.
3. Ownership: All rights, title, and interest in the Services belong to OromoAI.

(b) Feedback:

1. Appreciation: We welcome feedback, comments, ideas, proposals, and suggestions for improvement.
2. Usage: Provided feedback may be used without restriction or compensation.

(c) Restrictions:

1. Prohibited Usage: Users must not infringe on others' rights, attempt to reverse engineer the Services, use output to compete with OromoAI, or violate Usage Policies.
2. Automated Methods: Unauthorized automated extraction of data or output is not allowed.
3. Representation: Falsely representing output as human-generated is prohibited.
4. Key Transactions: Buying, selling, or transferring API keys requires prior consent.
5. Privacy: Personal information of children under 13 or the applicable age of digital consent is not to be sent.
6. Compliance: Adherence to rate limits and other documentation requirements is necessary.
7. Geographic Usage: Services are to be used only in currently supported geographies.

(d) Third-Party Services:

1. Third-party products are subject to their own terms, and OromoAI is not responsible for them.

Users of OromoAI services are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and up-to-date information during registration.
• Complying with applicable laws and regulations.
• Using the services for lawful purposes only.

OromoAI offers various subscription plans for its services. Users agree to pay the specified fees for the selected plan. Payments will be processed securely through our payment gateway.

OromoAI retains ownership of all intellectual property related to its services, including but not limited to software, algorithms, and content generated by OromoGPT.

Users acknowledge that the services provided by OromoAI may be subject to limitations, including potential downtime for maintenance and updates.

OromoAI reserves the right to terminate or suspend services to users who violate these terms or engage in abusive conduct.

OromoAI services are provided "as is," and we make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or suitability for a particular purpose.

OromoAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our services.

Users agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless OromoAI, its affiliates, and personnel from any claims, losses, and expenses, including attorneys’ fees, arising from or related to the use of our services, user-generated content, or any violation of these Terms and Conditions.

OromoAI reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions. Users will be notified of any changes, and continued use of the services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington. All claims arising out of or relating to these Terms will be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts of King County, Washington, USA.
