These OromoAI Service Credit Terms ("Terms") constitute a binding agreement between you and OromoAI, and they regulate the purchase, receipt, or utilization of any credit redeemable for OromoAI services ("Service Credit"). Terms not expressly defined herein carry the meanings ascribed to them in the Agreement between you and OromoAI that governs your use of the pertinent services.
Credits are a fundamental component of OromoAI services, available through various subscription plans, including the Starter plan, which includes 200 credits per month. Additionally, users may have the option to purchase prepaid credits independently of a subscription.
In the context of OromoAI, a credit represents a unit denoting a specific amount of usage for OromoAI services, including Text to Speech and OromoGPT.
The value of a credit is contingent on the complexity of tasks performed, such as generating text using OromoAI services. Different actions may consume varying amounts of credits.
Services provided by OromoAI, including Text to Speech and OromoGPT, may either be inclusive in the subscription or require credits, depending on the specific service.
Service Credits are not refundable and expire one year after the date of purchase or issuance unless otherwise specified at the time of purchase.
OromoAI may offer the option to prepay for certain services through the purchase of credits, either as part of a subscription or independently. Additional terms may apply to specific services.
Free credits offered as part of promotions are not applicable to transaction-based taxes.
Service Credits are not legal tender, refundable, or exchangeable for fiat currency. They are non-transferable and may only be used in connection with OromoAI services.
Your available Service Credit balance can be reviewed in your OromoAI account. It is not a bank account or payment device.
Transfers, sales, gifts, or trades of Service Credits are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension or termination.
OromoAI reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time by posting a revised version on its website or by notifying users through email.
By using OromoAI services or receiving Service Credits after any modification to these Terms, users agree to be bound by the updated Terms.
